Escrima level 1

The Level 1 Escrima Course is designed for all skill levels. Building a solid foundation in stick handling, concepts, functional and developmental training strategies and more. Each student will leave this course fully equipped to complete the first part of their training journey with this weapon.

You will need a pair of sticks for this training so order them from your instructor or online.
